The agency has been founded (first under the name of HC&L Solutions) by two service passionates with only one objective in mind: Provide hassle-free full event services to our clients.

Venue finding and event management came as the first service to develop in order to help professional and nonprofessional event organizers/planners deal with the sometimes over complicated hospitality operational and contractual processes.

Quite logically, all related activities, such as site inspections, on-site event management, air and ground transportation management, as well as a specific range of workshops and speakers’ finding were integrated in our offer.

We also decided to develop the leisure segment in order to offer our MICE Client the possibility to book their private trip with us, using our expertise in this field.

We are active in the MICE Sector, positioning ourselves as a one-stop-shop for Meeting planners and thanks to our Partners you can also benefit from experts in all fields related to events or leisure trips.

Our strength and added value, really lie in the fact that all our services are independent which each other. We can then work à-la-carte and offer tailor made services according to your needs, constraints, requirements, deadlines and budget !
